Anat Hornung Ziff, PhD candidate whose research is focused on bi-national education in divided, conflicted societies, is a professor and senior international management consultant and group facilitator, specializing in the theory and methodology of Group Relations.  She has been a professor of conflict analysis and transformation at universities in the U.S., Europe, and Latin America, and co-founded non-profit organizations promoting leadership development and dialogue in Peru and Israel. Anat is currently living in Havana, Cuba.

Currently Anat teaches in IE University in Madridcourses in Conflict Analysis, Transformation and Dialogue, focused on intractable international conflicts, and skills development for application and development of professional roles. Lectures include online interactive and recorded presentations, frontal instruction, simulations, advising and evaluation.
