Marija Bartulović is Associate Professor at the Department of Pedagogy at the Faculty of Humanities and Social sciences in Zagreb. Her research and teaching interests include intercultural education, gender and sexuality education, qualitative research methods and body and movement oriented teaching methods. She is particularly interested in researching the potential of autoethnography and other qualitative methods in developing critical reflexivity of future educators and the implementation of participatory action research aimed at transforming the culture of educational institutions.
Marija has served as an associate editor for the Intercultural Education journal since 2020 and a board member of the IAIE since 2021.
